Christopher was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and patient throughout the job. He works quickly and proficiently.
Christopher educated me regarding my system and kept me informed on the work to be done. In addition to installing a new water detection device, he installed a new water shut off valve...one I can now easily reach safely and operate without difficulty. I even received a tutorial on how the valve works. I am very grateful to the service provided by this excellent technician!

Dustin and his coworker were extremely friendly and professional. They responded quickly and took their time to ensure my water line was properly repaired. The pipes were fixed, and since then, we’ve had running water. We had been struggling for a while, but thanks to American Rooter for sending Dustin to help us. I appreciate all their hard work and will happily recommend them to anyone. I’d also love to have them back for any future needs.

Cody was great explaining the issue. He quickly fixed the leak and I was happy with the results. I will be using them again for future repairs and also to upgrade my water line.
